The 25 Days of Christmas Tags (day 24 & 25)

Hello!
Sharing my last two tags for the 25 days of Christmas tags event. So happy with myself for being able to complete all 25 plus more. 

 TAG #1

 There was no direct inspiration for this tag, but Mendi's tag below reminded me so much of a Christmas pudding so I went ahead with what it reminded me of, using self made templates for the icing and holly and punched berries. I didn't have a plain circle die and didn't want the cross stitches to be clearly seen. So, used the back of the die cut and further lightened them with the bone folder.

The 25 Days of Christmas Tags (day 13, 14, 15)

Hi there!
I'm back with three tags for the 25 days of Christmas tags event. 

TAG #1

My muse for this tag was again the hostess of the event, Tracey McNeely. But I decided to make my own star shaped string of lights.
Supplies Used:

The string of star lights wire and holders were drawn, the die cut glitter foam stars were adhered and finished off with the sentiment.

The trees were stamped with ombre ink, second generation stamping also made up some trees. Finished off with a sticker sentiment and bells with a bow.

TAG #3
The shiny paper used for this tag tree was the paper I used for Iris folding years ago. Love the pretty hues it reflects. 

Here it shows hues of green and orange

And here hues of green and blue.

This tag was inspired by Monika from the Stamplorations design team. I just loved the tree shape so drew and fussy cut my own.

A background was created with the border and star stamps in almost the same colors. The tree was drawn, fussy cut, adhered and finished off with a bling star, ice stickles and a sticker sentiment.

The 25 Days of Christmas Tags (day 12)

Hello!
I'm back with two more tags for the 25 days of Christmas tags event. 

TAG #1
This tag was easy to make with a self made template, but most difficult to capture the beauty reflected by the iridescent stars in the pics. The first pic shows the actual colours, the rest altered as I clicked the pics in bright light..  


Here's a blurry pic that captured the different colors reflected.
Caly from the PPP design team was my inspiration for this tag. See her beautiful tag below.
Supplies Used:
pearlescent green cardstock
iridescent star sequins
star sticker
The template was traced on cardstock, fussy cut and assembled. The entire tree including the star was adhered on white cardstock with the hanging cord between the two layers and again fussy cut. The branch ends were curled upwards for dimension and finished off with star sequins and another two sticker stars.

After die cutting the DP and adding the sentiment, the holder of the bauble was scored, cut to shape adhered in place and finished off with sequins and a bow.

The 25 Days of Christmas Tags (day 10 & 11)

Hi!
I'm back with two more tags today for the 25 days of Christmas tags event. 

 TAG #1
My first attempt for coloring the night sky and guess what the string of light bulbs is made of.

Laura was my inspiration for this tag. 
Supplies Used:
Lawn Fawn - Seasons Tweetings (stamps & dies)
Recollections - Christmas borders
Nuvo creative pens
distress and chalk ink
white watercolour
nail varnish
wink of Stella
The snowy night sky was made by blending inks on the tag and splattering white watercolour. The images were stamped, coloured, die cut, adhered on it. Using white cardstock, a window frame was drawn, cut and adhered on the coloured tag. To cover a boo boo, the lights border was stamped and nail polish drops took the place of the bulbs. Finished off by dabbing some wink of Stella over the coloured sky and stamping the sentiment.
