Hi friends,
I'm sharing a card I made for the blog hop ' An Encouraging Word', in which a scripture verse is designated to spark a creative response in sentiment or design. The verse this time was Proverbs 31:25. "She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future".
This encouragement card I made with my daughter in mind was designed using the online calligraphy generator and added the outline of a woman's head in the background.
Products used:
#tayloredexpressions (embossing folder) #ldrscreative (die) #rangerdistressink (spun sugar) #gansaitambi watercolours (pearl pink) ribbon, flower-shaped sequins & stickles
To colour the embossed panel, the debossed side of the folder was inked, spritzed with water, then run through the Big Shot to create a soft watercolour effect. Paint splatters were added with a thin brush to add some shine.
