The plaid background here is a remnant of fabric. I pulled out the yarn on all sides for a tassel like effect. The flowers are ready cut outs, while the leaves & the flowers centre were manually cut from foam. A sticker was used for the sentiment.

Nice card... I do that with fabric too. And actually, I find it theraputic to pull out threads from fabric. The flowers look lovely.
